We are the renovation division of Trendsetters Construction, Inc. who has been a custom  home builder in the Sebastian area since 2001. 

"Alpha Construction exceeded our expectations for our total home renovation. Let me preface this by saying this was my and my husband’s first renovation project. We took on a LOT of major changes including a new roof, new impact-rated windows/doors, new floors, total kitchen renovation (including moving walls and removing a fire place), 3 bathroom renovations, the conversion of an unfinished room into a second master suite and bathroom (converting a 3-3 into a 4-4), retro-fitting old kitchen cabinets into our laundry room… and the list goes on. We talked to several different contractors, but Alpha Construction impressed us as they took the time to understand who we are and what we were looking for (e.g., the team looked at and referenced our Houzz and Pinterest pages). Renovating a 1980’s home on an island in Florida is not without challenges. For example, we wanted to move the kitchen to create an updated open-floorplan but there were issues with the trusses and ceiling. Despite this challenge (and several others), Alpha Construction was transparent and took the time to make sure we understood what was happening, why, and worked with us to brainstorm our options. They offered insightful advice along the way and did a great job of really listening to what we wanted. In the end, we got our open-floorplan and a new, large pantry to help support the roof and make the space flow better.  This is just one example but there is much more that the team did to make every detail in our home perfect. From the start of our design process through construction and follow-up, Alpha Construction demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and genuine passion for their business. With the project now completed, we are not only over-the-top satisfied with our renovation, we feel that we have become friends with the team at Alpha. We would (and have) recommend(ed) Alpha Construction to anyone looking to take on a construction project, big or small."
